A special welcome to the Eastern Area Dispatcher's Region 9! They had their 1st annual fundraiser for the WFF and they raised $1,100. A big thank you to all of you for your support!
Also in January the Southwestern Area Dispatcher's Region 3 held their 2nd annual silent auction and, with a little challenge from the R-9 dispatchers, came in with just under $2,500. Thank you to all who contributed items to bid on and to those did the bidding!
Peet's Coffee & Tea House in Newport Beach raised over $2,000 for the WFF. So all of you in Region 5 keep drinking Peet's Coffee as they support all of you! Thank's Peet's Coffee & Tea!
Del Rosa Hotshots had a golf scramble and, as we understand, the wind was blowing upwards of 70 miles per hour during the scramble. Even with the wind against them they raised over $5,000. Way to go Del Rosa Hotshots! Mark your calendars for Del Rosa annual poker tournament Saturday, April 4th. Come out and show your support!
